My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room overlooked the Toyota Center where I had lots of fun that night. The only downside was the room was a bit smoky, but the staff quickly found me a ready room without me even having to ask.
The hotel provided ample space in the rooms with plenty of storage and hangers, but the mattresses could have been more comfortable. The service was exceptional, with polite and accommodating staff at every touchpoint. The location was extremely convenient, near all the event venues, and the dining experience was fantastic in a private-event room on the third floor. However, there were some concerns about the pricing and value for money.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering plenty of space to move around. However, they did not cool off adequately, and my room overlooked Lamar Street. The service was very attentive and the staff kind and helpful, though they could improve on cleaning the rooms better and changing the garbage bags daily. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore local restaurants and near all the events I attended. The dining experience was fantastic on Sunday, with fresh and tasty options. The facilities were well-maintained and accommodating for my needs.
